SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship via J&T Express
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of full payment via GCash or bank transfer to BdO and are shipped via J&T Express. If you prefer another courier, please contact us BEFORE making any payments. Cash-on-delivery payments can be arranged through Grab Express or Lalamove.
Item prices generally include simple packing and handling. If you prefer your item packed with extra padding, boxing, and handling, please request so when placing your order. This entails added cost, however.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
We can do limited meet ups
Meet ups can be done at the UP Diliman Campus, either near the Church of the Risen Lord area, or at the School of Urban and Regional Planning. Please note that this has to be scheduled in advance. A 50% downpayment is required, and this is forfeited if you do not show up.
